FAQs and Logistics
1) Check-in --
Please have all players show up for check-in an hour before your first games. Check in table will be located in front of Field 2 under the large "potato chip" structure. This will give us time to check everyone in and organize your team before playing. Below is a reminder for schedules (Teams and their assigned divisions are attached).
Competitive -- Group Stage (9:00-11:05am), Final (11:05-11:30am)
Law -- Group Stage (9:00-11:05am), Semifinals (11:05-11:30am), Final (11:30-11:50am)
Casual -- Group Stage (11:05am-2:10pm), Semifinals (2:10-2:35pm), Final (2:35-3pm)
Intermediate -- Group Stage (2:10-4:15pm), Semifinals (4:15-4:40pm), Final (4:40-5:05pm)
2) COVID & Vaccinations
We ask that either you are vaccinated or that you wear a mask during interactions with facility staff & tournament organizers. Vaccination cards will NOT be checked this year.
3) Food, Drinks, and Atlas Beer Tent
Food and Drink -- There will be FREE snacks for participants at the concourse. There will also be 3 food trucks where players can PURCHASE food.
Atlas Beer Tent -- All players will be given one FREE beer ticket. Extra beer tickets can be PURCHASED
4) Attire
Each team will be given 15 free jerseys. Please wear athletic bottoms (shorts/pants), shin guards, and appropriate athletics shoes (metallic cleats are not allowed on the fields).
Attached are the team jersey colors. If you plan on having more than 15 players, please have extra tshirts that are close in color. Companies with 2 teams (Amazon -- both red, Appian -- one light blue, one green, KPMG -- one purple, one light blue, PwC -- one maroon, one black)
5) Transportation
The Fields at RFK Campus is located at 401 Oklahoma Ave NE, Washington, DC 20002 and is accessible via Metro, bike, car, and ride-share.
Metro -- A 15-minute walk from the Stadium – Armory metro stop on the blue/orange line. Head north on 19th St SE toward A St SE. Turn right onto C St NE. Turn left onto 21st St NE. Slight right onto Oklahoma Ave NE. Turn right to enter the fields at RFK. Get detailed directions and more information on WMATA.com or by calling (202) 637-7000.
Rideshare -- Take Lyft and use RFK Stadium as the destination. Drivers should drop you off near Lot 6.
Car -- No matter where you’re coming from, the fields at RFK Campus are just off I-295. Get detailed directions on Google Maps.
Parking -- The Fields complex has 200-dedicated parking spots available. Please try to park in Lot 7, but if parking fills up, use Lot 6 (see map below)
